Who I am (and how I work)

I’m Siobhan — a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a senior people and culture leader. My early career was in children’s services, working alongside children, families and communities. That’s where I learned that culture isn’t a “nice to have” — it affects outcomes, safety and trust.


Today, I work with CEOs, People Directors, Boards, founders scaling quickly, team managers and teams. I’m calm, straight-talking and practical - I listen properly, make sense of what’s really going on, and help you agree a plan that people can actually deliver.

How I help

I help organisations to:

  • get clear culture insight and a shared view of what’s happening.
  • align leadership behaviour with purpose, values and expectations (values-in-action).
  • embed inclusion through practical frameworks, governance and everyday decision points.
  • build tools, policies and ways of working that make culture real day-to-day.
