
I set up Eleven Eleven because I kept seeing the same pattern - organisations with strong strategy and passionate people, but day-to-day culture feels tired. Values look good on paper, but they don’t show up consistently in leadership behaviour. Decisions feel unclear. Accountability varies. People start guessing, stories take over, and trust gets stretched.
I’ve also seen the opposite. When purpose is clear, expectations are shared, and leaders role-model what matters — culture becomes a multiplier. Performance feels fairer, change is easier, and belonging becomes more real.

What Eleven Eleven stands for
At its heart, Eleven Eleven is about that “click” moment — when things come into focus and teams stop guessing.
Everything I do comes back to three principles:
Purpose — what you exist to do, and why it matters.
Clarity — what “good” looks like, in words and in behaviour.
Alignment — leaders modelling it, reinforcing it, and making it stick.
In practice, this means helping leaders and teams stop guessing and start acting with confidence. I bring together what you already know and turn it into shared language, clear expectations and focused next steps — so culture becomes a multiplier for outcomes, not a drain on energy.
